Mark leads the process to buy one operating business for Green Stride. He’s also principal at Orange Stride, an operations consulting company based in Austin, Texas.
Mark’s built teams in high growth (30+% y/y) business consulting and SaaS software companies. One product showed 1,500 small business owners how to improve performance based on their monthly financials. At H-E-B Grocery, a $30B regional chain, his team substantially raised curbside pickup capacity, with no net cost increases, in the weeks leading up to the COVID pandemic. He’s spent many weeks hiring strong teams piece by piece, and loves this part of the process.
Mark has a degree in computer science from Texas A&M. His strengths are team building and running clear-headed operations.
